Who is responsible
Danilo Salvioni is responsible for the personal data handled through this publication. The correspondence address is V.le V. Emanuele II 20, 24121 Bergamo, Italy. You can call +39 (943) 234-7384 or use the available contact method on the contact page to raise a privacy request.
Reading the website
The site’s own code does not create reader accounts, track pages viewed or send search terms to a measurement service. Search runs in your browser. Terms can appear in the search page’s URL and browser history; a request for that URL may also appear in server logs.
Delivering pages requires a server to receive connection information, such as an IP address and the requested resource. Hosting software may record request times, browser information and error details. The exact logging arrangements depend on the hosting configuration. Optional measurement and marketing tools are not installed in this edition.
Messages and lesson enquiries
If you contact Danilo, the information you provide may include your name, reply address, subject and message. The purpose is to answer you, discuss learning arrangements, assess a news lead or handle a correction. Please provide only information needed for the request.
The page states when online delivery is unavailable. Typing in an unconnected form does not send the contents to Danilo. If a delivery service is connected later, this policy must identify that provider and explain its role before the form is enabled.
Reasons for processing
Correspondence is handled to respond to your request. Where you ask about entering a learning arrangement, the relevant basis may be taking steps at your request before an agreement. Ordinary editorial correspondence and proportionate security records may be handled for the legitimate interests of running and protecting the publication, subject to your rights. A legal obligation may require particular records to be kept.
Optional browser tracking requires a separate choice. A message is not permission to add you to a marketing list. You can withdraw an optional cookie choice in the footer without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing based on that choice.
Cookies and browser choices
The site writes a first-party preference cookie named sf_consent after you choose settings, or to record the conservative response to Global Privacy Control. It lasts for 180 days. Necessary cookies remain enabled; optional categories start off. The cookie policy lists the precise cookie and settings.
Access, retention and transfers
Correspondence is intended for Danilo and any service provider needed to deliver it. Information should be limited to what that provider needs. Content supplied for a story is not automatically published or made public by submitting it.
Enquiries should be kept only while needed to respond and deal with follow-up matters. Editorial evidence may need to be retained while the related reporting remains relevant or to resolve a dispute. Security logs should use a proportionate, documented retention period. The live operator must establish these periods and any hosting or message-service arrangements before collecting data.
This static edition itself has no external data-collection integration. Any later provider outside the European Economic Area requires an assessment of the applicable transfer mechanism and an update to this notice before use.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Some records may need to be retained under a legal obligation or to address a legal claim. Danilo may need proportionate information to verify a request.
You may complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or another competent supervisory authority. You do not have to contact Danilo first.
Children and updates
The reading material is available to a general audience. Further learning enquiries are intended for adults; a parent or guardian should handle arrangements for a minor. Please do not submit personal details about children in a news tip.
This notice must be revised when the actual service or its processing changes. The version and date at the top identify the text you are reading.
