The publisher and these terms

Spredsfield is a personal publication and educational website operated by Danilo Salvioni, V.le V. Emanuele II 20, 24121 Bergamo, Italy. Phone: +39 (943) 234-7384. These terms concern use of this website and its open reading lessons.

They do not replace a separate agreement for any further learning service. Contacting Danilo does not itself create an enrolment or oblige either side to proceed.

Editorial and educational scope

Spredsfield provides news summaries and general educational material about public networks, security, standards and policy. Content helps readers understand published information. It does not take account of a reader’s personal circumstances and is not a substitute for qualified professional guidance.

A source link identifies the document behind a brief. Publication is not an endorsement of the source’s products or a verification of every statement it makes. Proposed changes, tests and completed changes are described separately. Older briefs preserve their historical context and may no longer describe a current technical or legal position.

Coverage concerns public projects and organisations. The site does not profile or assess private individuals.

Reading and reuse

You may read the site, link to its pages and retain a copy for personal study. Any quotation must comply with applicable law, identify the source and preserve the meaning. Reproduction beyond applicable exceptions requires the relevant rights holder’s permission.

Rights in linked source documents remain with their respective holders. Generated illustrations are identified in captions and do not establish that a depicted scene occurred. Nothing here grants rights that the publisher does not hold.

Learning arrangements

The three reading lessons are informal educational material and can be accessed without an account. They do not award an accredited qualification. Any further sessions, timing, fees, cancellation arrangements or accessibility requirements need to be stated and agreed before an arrangement is confirmed.

This edition has no loyalty or reward scheme. No entitlement, badge or other benefit is created by reading the site or submitting a message.

Your messages and conduct

Send information you are entitled to share and describe its source accurately. Do not submit passwords, private keys, malicious code, unlawful material or sensitive personal documents through the ordinary contact form. Discuss an appropriate channel before sharing sensitive evidence.

A message gives Danilo permission to read it and respond. It does not transfer ownership of your material or automatically authorise publication of your identity. Any publication arrangements should be discussed separately. The ordinary contact page is not an anonymous submission system.

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass access restrictions or interfere with another person’s use.

Accuracy, links and availability

The publisher aims to describe the cited documents accurately. Errors can occur, and sources may change. Send correction requests through the contact page with the relevant passage and evidence. A material correction should carry a dated note on the affected article.

External sites control their own content, availability and privacy practices. This website may be unavailable during maintenance or a technical failure. A form must state when delivery is unavailable and must not imply that a message was received merely because a button was pressed.

Responsibility and applicable law

Responsibility is determined by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. Readers remain responsible for checking whether information is suitable for their own purpose and for obtaining qualified guidance where needed.

Italian law applies subject to any mandatory protections that apply in your place of residence. These terms do not require a consumer to give up a court or remedy available under mandatory law.

Changes and contact

The version and revision date identify these terms. Changes apply to later use of the website; they do not silently rewrite a separate learning agreement. Questions can be raised with Danilo using the address or contact details above.
